Postgres Conference 2020 - Keynote!

Keynote Announcement!

I am very excited to let y’all know that my work bestie, Tiffany Cross, and I will be delivering a keynote talk at the Postgres Conference in March. The title of our talk is: “Data Democratization: Enabling Citizen Data Scientists”.

During our careers, Tiffany and I have been involved in a major shift of expectations around data adoption within the business and technology industries. Join us as we discuss our journey coming together from opposite ends of the data consumption spectrum. A lonely data scientist (me) and UX developer looking for insights (Tiffany) link up with a team of other data enthusiasts to enable a new breed of citizen data scientists within our organization!

Tiffany and I have been working hard to put the talk together. We can’t wait to share our story and the lessons learned along the way. Postgres plays a central role in our current and future analytic stack, and we are excited to give our talk at the Postgres conference first!
